Join me in building some muscles!

Once you learn the correct form and technique of a push-up, you'll realize that biceps have little to do with it. This challenge will result in a stronger upper body, but that's not all.

When performed properly, push-ups can also work the lower back and abdominal muscles. Push-ups can even improve your posture!

If you’re up for the challenge, join my Push-Up Challenge starting on Monday, May 25th at rooted2thrive.synduit.com/PUPC0001

During this two-week experience, you will learn several push-up variations as well as how to perform the standard push-up correctly. I will task you with a challenge each day to push you to achieve 50 push-ups by the end of the two weeks.
