Are you ready to take on one of the most difficult exercises? By mastering this one move, you will gain a stronger core, better posture, and toned shoulders and arms! Before you say YES, know that this won't be easy. But we're in this together! Join me and fellow fitness-seekers for my Push-Up Challenge! The work starts on Monday, May 25th. It doesn't matter if you're a beginner or someone wanting to perfect their technique; this challenge is for EVERYONE. I'll share the most common mistakes people make when performing push-ups and how to avoid them. I'll provide modifications for beginners, and help you train supporting muscles to help you get to 50 push-ups in two weeks! This is a virtual interactive experience. Participants will be encouraged to share their experiences and cheer each other on. This one exercise works so many parts of the body, making it ideal for doing at-home. No equipment needed! That's why I choose to start with this move.
